I think the way you have the hair coming up in pieces will make it look greasy and messy to a normal person, and lazy to an artist. You did a great job with shading the hair, but the face is seriously lacking in contrast. Your shading could have looked a lot better if you had more contrast to it. Maybe before your next painting, you should sketch out the basic figure, and only use one tone of shade to show where the dark and light areas are. Your eyes look good, but they lack a little bit of texture that would make them just sparkling and beautiful. The crease over her eye is a little light, considering, from the best I can tell, the lighting is going down. Over all, you did a great job with this.
